Dressing Inverted V form

How would one go about dressing an inverted 90 degree v form into a wheel? It looks like a flissen blade may be able to on a angle dresser but I am at a loss on why I cannot find a V form dressing multi point stationary that I can plunge my wheel into.

Is it possible to grind one angle at a time and rotate part ?
