Yes. I am already thinking about some type of chip shield. This will mostly be an issue with the spindle vertical. I will probably just throw a rag over the worm.

I have finally completed the dividing head!

That looks too nice to use ! It belongs on a mantle for a show piece and pass it down thru the family . Very cool .
