Dividing head disassembly

Hello,

I have a dividing head that was thrown in with a batch of gear cutters. It needs some tlc so I would like to take it apart.
It has two "clamps" (red dots) that hold the main body. They need to come off in order to get that main body out of its support. I have removed the two bolts (yellow dots), but the clamps are connected to the body at some sort of "hinge point" (red arrow). Can anyone tell me how I can get those289230289229289231 clamps off?

Interesting. That's a different construction than my B&S. Linear instead of right angle. I was in a similar boat when I tore mine down but YouTube to the rescue. Have a brand to search for? There are a few sites with information on old equipment out there. The big stack of gear cutters says you need a working dividing head.

Are there long bolts from the bottom surface...........there are literally hundreds of different dividing heads, and very often machine accessory ones dont have a brand on them.....often just the serial no of the machine.

Looks like two stake marks in small end.pry gently at other end of the L..

The visible ends are for clamping ,the splits are where the caps join.....and the dots are so the correct clamp is kept in its location.....I still think it has long socket head bolts holding the caps on.
