Cutter grinder but need 16mm collets.

Hey everyone. Been on here a few months but this is my first post. Just picked up this cutter grinder and cleaned it up. No makers mark and it has an additional grinding wheel opposite the cup wheel. Has anyone seen one like this before?
It's well built but it only has one collet with a 16mm diameter shaft (similar to a lorch model B collet) and not the 20mm like later cutter grinders. If anyone has a few extras they're willing to part with please let me know.
Would also really like to know who made this one.
I've been searching for hours on sourcing the 16mm collets and maker for this cutter grindee. Any help would be great.

I use the Deckel version of that one all the time grinding engravers tips.
