Aspire Food Group has laid off an undisclosed number of employees and will be scaling back production at its new cricket farm in Canada.

Probably because nobody wants to eat crickets! I’ve noticed since Covid there are at least 20 auctions a month in Illinois and about half of them are food company’s. It’s not just manufacturing jobs being lost. It’s gonna turn around though should be a interesting couple of years!

I know a person who went into anaphylactic shock at a restaurant after a cricket burger , they hadn't even had sea food allergies before , how they laughed (after the hospital folks stopped them from passing away).
