That does not look like the countershaft pulley on my 10F lathe.
There was a PDF you could download in the members - Download section but that part of the site does not seem to be up and running since the switch to the new host application.
I'll attach the Atlas 10F pdf that I downloaded it has the part numbers you need. They are available on Ebay- and a few other Atlas Lathe specialty supplier sites.
I think they are even available fro both Sears (who sold the atlas brand under their name) and Clausing who bought out the Atlas Name and part inventories.
Well I was going to attach the PDF but it is too big to be allowed so GOOGLE Atlas 10F Parts and you should find this link to the Vintage Machinery Site where you can download it.
Actually, Atlas bought Clausing in 1949/50. That's why you sometimes see people referring to the Clausing 100 MK3 and Clausing 4800 in the same sentence. Atlas changed all (or some) of the Clausing model numbers. And for a brief period put Atlas nameplates on them. Atlas 4800's still turn up from time to time, but they have no Atlas parts except generic ones.
In the 1960's, for reasons lost in the mists of time, the company changed its name to Clausing.
