Something I've never seen before.
Two grub screws, one on both sides of the toolpost shaft (on the T-nut). Looks like it takes up any movement that the T-nut may have and locks in place.
Didn't know this was a "thing".
This is quite common I belive, my machine has it too. It does exactly what it looks like; prevents the t nut from sliding around when you change the toolpost angle.
