Christian 2-32 end mill sharpener

There is a Christian 2-32 end mill sharpener available in a nearby city. I can find very little about it on the web. Any help would be appreciated regarding the specifications, etc.

Looks good to me, its little bit different to the one I used. But I can not tell about the condition of the machine on the picture of course.

Does it work with collets and are they included?

Good questions, I really don't know. I talked to the guy but decided to not go and look at it since it was 220 3 phase. That puts it out of my reach for now.
 
That grinder is not designed or set up to sharpen end mills. Unless there is some kind of floating or air spindle attachment included that is not in the picture. It looks more like a grinder for grinding single lip cutters like used on a panagraph. I would encourage checking it out more thourghly before buying.

The grinder in the back ground painted light blue is more sutiable for end mill sharpening than this one, with the correct attachments.
 
In fact this one looks like they have it set up grinding the ends on a endmill which it will do, but not the flutes.
