Chamfer for single point threading

When single point threading what should the starting chamfer be? 45 or 30 degrees?

I have always used 45 degrees, but ensure that it is deeper than the end thread depth. This allows the tool to inch in and not take a full cut on contact.

I've seen many you tubers use the threading tool to put the taper on so, 30' seems to work, I usually go for 45'
