That is a simple easy to read chart. I printed it out to add to my notebook of charts I keep in the shop

Thank you for posting, Bill. Will come in handy when doing sheet metal work (Drill and deburr in one OP.)

You mentioned clearance angles, do you plan on sharpening them on your cutter grinder?

I needed to find the body size closest to a threaded hole so I could drill a thru hole that was a blind threaded hole. #5 was spot on. I drilled the thru hole without hitting and damaging the threads. I am making special locking nuts. The have a set screw in the end that pulls the nut against the backlash of the screw.
