Carbide Insert Numbering Chart

Anyone know of a compact, (probably abbreviated), chart that covers the carbide insert numbering system for turning tools?
The treatise in Machinery's Handbook goes on for several pages.
There must be a "one page" chart version out there - or maybe a "hang on the wall" version.
