Anyone remember this saying from the 60s show ? Cleaning out my boxes I found these from my First Responder days . They loved trying to reach me when on nightshift being all over the plant . Looking back , we had a great time down at MFRI .

A dispatch sent on Wednesday 25 October 1944 from the CinCPac headquarters of Admiral Chester W. Nimitz at Pearl Harbor to the flagship of Admiral William F. Halsey, Jr., Commander Third Fleet. As delivered to Admiral Halsey on the bridge of USS New Jersey, a part of Task Force 34, it was a gem of sarcasm: “WHERE IS TASK FORCE THIRTY-FOUR THE WORLD WONDERS?”

Halsey was said to be so angry that he snatched off my cap, threw it on the deck and shouted something he was ashamed to remember.
