Can anyone Identify this Lathe?

Saw this lathe pop up on marketplace and the seller doesn't see any notable markings on it. I'm trying to figure out what this might be, and if it's missing anything. Curious of your thoughts.

probably a southbend. if I could see the front where the handles and stuff are it might be easier to identify. (provided by my college instructor)

Junk. That's the brand. LOL
Actually it looks like an old South Bend but with some goofed-up kluge for a countershaft
Need to see the headstock and apron more clearly from the other side
I'd probably pass on this basket case unless it was cheap as dirt
