Imo it looks ok but nothing I would go to any lengths for. Better than many you see and about par for $3k. The included tooling, depending what it is and your needs could make it a better deal or negotiated out to lower the price. Definitely could use little clean up.
If you truly want a “good one” and are lucky to come across one for sale, break out 6-10k. They are rare as hell and guys who use and maintain them in fine condition know the value.
