Large estate sale today. Unbelievable garage layout. A shop-junkie's dream.
(6) bays all attached, started out with a (2) wide X (2) deep finished high bay with sky lights, with HVAC,
then (3) 1-1/2 bays, then (2) two car bays. All with doors.
Original owner re-did classic autos.
Anyway in the 'Catch-all' area, up on an upper shelf towards the rear was this:

I think I can say my heart skip a beat, It was heavy, and loaded. I held my breath as I slid it out...
And this was what was in it...:

I was betting on a chuck considering how much it weighed. - OH well.

Rest of the score (courtesy of MiLady, she bought the entire contents of one of the bays.)
I got a couple a boxes of bric-a-brac to unpack still.

Found a picture on Zillow. The 2x2 is cutoff though. I'd be overjoyed with just the Highbay. It was twice the size of my garage shop.
And there is another detached (4) car garage on the other side of the house...
The skylights were so nice.

:eagerness:I have the space my Tahoe used to sit in..... I will try to aspire to greater sq footage in 2016. Wow!
So is that a sliding center tab xformer? Both pics are the same unit? Must have been fun! Enjoy your weekend. Jj

The TranStat? heck I'm not sure what it is, but is sure is cool, and one heck of a nice hunk of equipment.
The feed (adjustment?) screw is smooth.
