Brazing Blades -help

I need to know what options we have for brazing rods (alloys) that we can use for brazing band saw blades. Also any info as far as a supplier for them as well.

I use silver solder to braze bandsaw blades. from local welding stores. expensive but don't take much. bill

I've been silver soldering blades for a while with good success. Somewhere someone mentioned they should be annealed after soldering so I tried it, might be the particular solder Im using but every blade I did would break at the joint. Quit annealing and the blades quit breaking. Hum. I've had this roll of silver solder a long time, can't remember the melting point, maybe I'm getting too close to the melting point at the annealing temp?

I have probably done a dozen blades, and not yet needed the refill kit.
The flux does dry up, but it can be brought back with water and a good stir.
