Banjo and Tool Rests for Turning Wood on Craftsman MK2 6" Lathe

I've turned some wood on my MK2 Craftsman 6" lathe using the carriage/QCTP toolpost, but only for straight cylinders. Mostly cork grips and reel seat filler for bamboo fly rods. I'd like to set it up for turning pen blanks and think it might be better to have a wood turning banjo and tool rests. Does anyone have examples, either Atlas parts or other for this use? I've done some internet searching and haven't found anything Atlas specific and nothing for lathe this small.

Here’s a page from a 1945 catalogue — accessories for the 6” lathe…

Edit: Oops, sorry. Missed the fact you were looking for MK2 accessories — my bad.

Might still be useful. It does show one for a 6" lathe, so maybe it provides the info I need to inquire further and even call Clausing.

I think I have one out in the garage if you need it . Rather someone use it than me scrapping it . :dunno:

I'll take it. What I saw in the eBay listing is uncertain whether it will work. I'll PM you my email address and we can discuss it further.

I'll be back in home in 10 days and I'll get on it . I'll get some pics here . The price is shipping only . I'll never need it . :)

I am still looking for this, if anyone happens to come across one. Thanks.
