Bandsawing Delrin?

Any issue in using a wood bandsaw blade to cut Delrin? What other than stringy chips should I watch out for?

none. it cuts fine. use a low tooth count deep gullet blade 3 teeth in the work at least.

Thanks! I can’t remember which blade I have on my wood bandsaw—I think a Starrett alternating tooth. I need to “resaw” a 6”x2.5” block, then rough out the 1.25” thick “plank”.

I have a hunk of black Delrin . 4" x 4" x 24" . The job was done 29 years ago . I have to list it ! There is no issue sawing .
