none. it cuts fine. use a low tooth count deep gullet blade 3 teeth in the work at least.Any issue in using a wood bandsaw blade to cut Delrin? What other than stringy chips should I watch out for?
Well if I mess up the piece I bought (twice) I’ll give you a shout.I have a hunk of black Delrin . 4" x 4" x 24" . The job was done 29 years ago . I have to list it ! There is no issue sawing .
