Those appear to be ER-16 collet nuts and a couple of ER-16 collets.

I have a box full of those also with the holders , came with one of the mills . I figured one day I could machine a mini chuck out of a holder and use them . Ha , here they sit !

They are your best friends that do a damm good job of holding end mills and drill bits

They do that well indeed , and they also flood your coolant thru the collet very nicely . Unfortunately , they are resting in a box un-used .

Plus the tir is minimal compared to a drill chuck
