I figured a hand crank. I bought some 1/4" bits on ebay and they threw it in with the lot. Anyone needing a hand crank for restoration or use- I'll mail it to you. (31/64" round capacity hole)

You need that in your bits and pieces ifin you build much

I've got two that fit the faceplate now.
This has a knob on the end, unlike the taper tails I use for turning btwn centers. That's why I figured it for a handle or crank.
