Any suggestions where to buy 7075 aluminum online?

I'm in need of some 1/4" x 3" 7075 aluminum. My local supplier doesn't carry it. Anybody have any suggestions where to order online?

I don't know how good or bad that price is (I buy all of my alu as scrap from a local place), but Online Metals is a pretty good place to buy from. I think they have a 20% coupon running right now.

I usually buy from speedymetals.com. They are usually cheaper overall for me than online metals. Make sure to check shipping. They can be very different between them.

LOcal machine shops. don't dicker - just 'yes' or 'no' Become a repeat customer, but not too often. almost every machine shop has a 'shorts ' bin they will ask coffee money for. You should be able to get just under 5 lbs of 7075 for about 10$.

I just bought 200# of 1" 6061 plate from a waterjet shop for 200$, and then 5 of us split it up. I ended up with 90# for 70$ when the dust settled

Mcmaster sells it. Not sure how good or bad their pricing on it is though. I don't usually order raw stock from Mcmaster but I do on occasion if my local supplier doesn't carry what I need & cause it'll arrive the very next day.

+1 for Midwest Steel. There prices have been good when I compared to others. There shipping has slowed a bit recently. Can take up to a week to process your order but they come through. Just had a delivery earlier this week. Some 7075 and some 4140 steel.
