Antique Gunsmith in AZ or NM?

An extended family member lives in SE AZ. He is an avid gun collector with need for a gunsmith to fabricate replacement pats, repair rare guns, etc. The guy he used to use has retired. He’s looking for someone in AZ or NM that can repair antique guns.
