M10 1.5 button head socket head cap screws in stainless.
Stock 1 1/4" long screws supplied to be modified like so, threads not shown.
I turned the head diameter first, all 3 decimal dimensions are +- .005"
Install soft jaws that are bored to 3/8" with a spindle stop smaller then the part dia.
Part off
Change jaws again to a set bored with a 1/2" diameter X 5/16" deep pocket to hold them by the head. Drilled .200 deep with a #5 drill and bored to .250" X .200" deep with a small solid carbide boring bar.

All told about 2 hours for 8 parts, good thing that they are for the Pharma industry.
