An Odd Combination of Tool Bits

I found this on Craigslist, seems like an odd combination of tool bits. A manufactures sample display maybe? Any other ideas?

Could also be for a specific mod or repair too, I used to get a prepacked specialty tool from out tool room for some jobs I did when I was an auto tech too. Just another alternative.

Sales sample case. When I had the shop Reps would come in all the time with those things. They don't go door to door anymore.
