add ons on a budget

i wanted some up grades but the budget is limited so lots of hours on the web
to find hopefully the best deal

i wanted some more controle on the speed so i installed a cheap vfd
when i got it i notised it ad a removeble controle panel
i took it appart and replaced the wires with longer ones so i can use the controle panel in a more confortable
possition (and later build it with a pot meter and a RPM reader that is orded )


then i am working on my cheap QCTP
bought a BXA style wedge type with a total of 10 tool holders
need to make another center bold to make it fit



i need to get ussed to the 5/8 tools i use 3/4 and bigger on my job

next thing will be the dro . all the parts are in (lighter is just to compair )



so i think a got a lot of hours to spend to get all the stuff on the lathe
and see if they work properly

got the toolpost for one day and already found an other one
thise one is an italian made one (got the same at my job place )
it was a great deal so now i have 2 diff ones
