This fire on the Sacramento River just two docks up from the house kept Sacramento City fire busy into the night. In the last picture you can see part of the remains of the boat in front of the other two. Glad the boat didn’t break away from the dock and head my way. Felt bad for the firemen in full turn outs in 100 plus temps.

Owner getting behind on payments?
Don’t know any details. The boat was towed up a day and a half before. It all makes one wonder. I just happy it didn’t come down river and cause me problems . There are lots of boats in poor condition that are free for a reason. It sure caused the fire department problems. It will be expensive to remove the rest of it.
