Looking to buy a small piece of flat O1 tool steel; 7/8" thk. x 3"w x 3" long or longer.
Hard to find in small squares. Looking at scrap metal places, Ebay, etc... If anyone here has this

Purchased:
I found a 7/8" thick x 3" x 18" L O1 flat ground tool steel for $45.00 on Ebay.
This is the best price I could find since O1 flat stock is not sold in custom cut or short lengths.
The steel is for a finger plate. Yes, I could've used other metal but I plan to experiment with GE heat treatment.
