A few days ago I picked up a 5x6 King horizontal bandsaw off Kijiji (new in box) for cheap. It seems to work quite well after a quick setup thanks to all the how to videos.

I wanted a better table (preferably with fence) for vertical use and being as lazy as I am, messing with fasteners every table change was not my idea of ideal.

Back to Kijiji and found a broken table saw for really cheap. I milled off the left hand side of the table. Installed a permanent mounting block with guide pins on the frame and finished it off with a push-pull style quick clamp. It takes about 5 seconds to take it on or off.

If I were to do it again, I would locate the table about 1/8" further to the right so that the blade would be closer to the original opening.

I watched the short video, I really liked the way the table gets located / pinned to the saw before clamping, it'll snap in the same spot every time, quick and simple design. very impressive.
