Hello Folks,

I havent been active on the forum in quite some time. Hope everyone is doing well.

Does anyone know the max weight capacity of the table/knee on a 21-100. This information is not listed in the Army Tech Manual.

I am very much an amateur but as I grow as a machinist my setups and pieces seem to grow and get heavier. Some setups are biased to one side which gives me concern.

Any insights or suggestions would be appreciated.

Many thanks!

Bridgeport series 1 is rated at 750# in the middle of the table:

I would expect the Rockwell mill to be less than half of that, as overall it weighs less than half of the Bridgeport.

Makes sense. If we say that the 21-100’s capacity is 40% of a series 1 then it would be 300lbs.
I am surprised that it’s not listed in the spec sheet though. Thanks!
