12" ? Counter Shaft set up

Although this guy is making some mistakes (he is asking for help) there are some pretty good shots and diagrams of how a 12" (I think it's a 12") counter shaft is set up on the legs .

it's 8 years old.. I don't think he needs help anymore, do you?

That is the countershaft assembly for a 10", most likely a 10F. The Atlas built Sears sold 12" attaches to the rear of the bed, not to the top of the stand or legs.
