10mm Sockets!!!

When organizing rails came in I went all in. At the end of each job I could clean up and see what was missing at a glance. For me it was all about knowing where I’d used it and having a telescoping magnet in my pocket. I was making so little and sockets were so expensive it was a do or die thing that is still strong today.

I think I have 8 full sets of sockets in their original plastic cases . I generally don't use them . There's another 1000 or so sockets in 5 Vidmar drawers . I love the adventure of trying to find the size I need in those drawers . One of these days , I'll put them all back on the socket trays .

I have no less than a dozen sets of sockets, from 1/4” drive up to 1” drive.
I’ve had many tools borrowed without my knowledge, but I don’t really loose tools

You organized guys are a bad influence . Spent the last hour going thru my socket drawers and made zero progress . I did get the snow blower running though after 15 or so years . Runs at full choke only so the carb will have to be soaked in the US cleaner . Progress in the garage . :encourage:

Does that mean you’ll come up and dig me out this Winter (hey, maybe there’s a silver lining to fracturing my shoulder!)?
