mystery tool

Hi All, I bought a lot of a variety of machinist tools on ebay; reamers, drill bits, endmills etc., but I'm not quite sure what to make of these things. the items in photos 1 look like some sort of punch, but neither end appears to have ever been hit, so I doubt that's it. I am not sure at all...

Here's a mystery for all you hobby milling machine enthusiasts. Help me ID this rotary table. I'm considering purchasing it, but can't figure out who made it. I'm planning to travel and take a closer look this evening. It looks old enough to be for one of the classic vintage hobby...
