    Simple lathe dog

    It's a 3/8" square bar bent around a 1" diameter roller pin (H.F. compact bender), then heated ("map-gas" torch) and bent / beaten to get the 90 degree bend, then drilled and tapped 1/4-20 for the hex-socket head screw. So far it has worked great in my Atlas 618 while cutting steel.
