Do you mean the socket cap screw labelled in this picture and 709-001 is the nylon piece?

The set screw / spring / nylon shoe shown in these pics - in the side of the drive plate.

From the manual / parts list… @ Scott: thanks for sharing. I’m pretty sure I would not have figured out that vibration issue.
