There is a notch in the ram as shown. The bolts go in this way and are tilted up into position. Then slide them around to approximate location..
My table was tilted and the ram was adjusted to match the tilt. So have a 3/4" wrench ready to make adjustments.
All 4 bolts in roughly lined up position.

The bolts, washers and nuts needed to install the head. These have square heads.
Wide view before bringing the head up to the ram. My table stand had a tilt to it. We approach that shortly.
There are 4 bolt holes to align putting the head back on the mill. There are inserts in there...make sure they stay there!

Move the bolts around to "close" to where they will line up. This part is fun. They will move and slide around on you no doubt. There is a tilt "lock" on the left side of the ram. This knurled knob will need to be pulled mostly out to move the top left bolt into position.
