Base Rotation

Now when I try to swivel it, it hits the bolt head that holds the base to the table. I'm hoping I can mill enough off of the bolt, nut, and flat stock to get clearance and still have enough threads to tighten it in place. Maybe replace the flat stock under the nut with a thick washer.
