As Ed says that drive can be made to fit a mill drill. Ed called it a 'vertical' drive, but I think its more commonly referred to as a "Bridgeport style". I had an RF-30 some years ago and bought that HF unit and adapted it to the MD - other than taking up a few hours digging around the scrap box and finagling with the adapting of it, it was a pretty straight forward home shop project.
I later replaced the MD with a 6x26 knee mill and removed the PF off the MD and "adapted" it to the 6x26, again using stuff from the scrap box to get it on the 6x26.
