Looking for a Rockwell 21-100 or 21-122. Or a Clausing 8520 or 8530. I'm located in Seattle. I would consider paying for shipping, If I can't find one anywhere near me.

They're hard to find since they are "hobby sized"; you may be in for a wait and/or travel some distance. Have you considered a Clausing 8520 also?

I have a 21-100 (fully functional) and a 21-122 (total basket case), a perfect home shop size, as Mark said a 8520 or 8530, would be a viable option
