I need to make some new wipers for my mill. I thought I might use a windshield wiper blade for material. Whats the usual source for wiper material?

i suppose a windshield wiper may work, i don't know their sensitivity to oils but they may work just fine.
various forms of rubber, leather, and felt have been used over the years.

i'd consider some sheet rubber, (oil resistant Buna-n) and make my own
felt would be my secondary choice

I found some fairly thick neoprene gasket material for cheap at my local (Ace) hardware store, seems to be about the same stuff that came on my mill....

If it were a wiper on the ways, I would use felt for it's oil holding quality. For larger sheets, I use thin rubber gasket material. What's important is the holding of chips or dust. Felt on my lathe and mill. Rubber as a chipcatchum.

I use a piece of truck tarp duct taped from the back of my table and the front of the pedestal on my mill. It's been keeping the chips off my ways for years. Not real pretty but it works. I agree with the felt for way wipers.
