If I had the cash to upgrade from my round column RF-30 type (that I just barely got...) I would look first, last, and only at Precision Matthews. From there it's just a matter of deciding on the size, features, and budget.

I absolutely agree. I have been tickled with my PM727M and when an issue did arise Matt was very quick to help me get the part I needed to fix it. Seems to be a business run the old way where customer service is high on the list. I think my machine was very clean out of the crate and took very little adjusting.
