What is this tool

It looks like a tool for cutting leather to width as for belts. I have something similar somewhere in my barn but with a hand crank for feeding the leather through.

If you find it and willing to sell it give me a holler. Usually in winter I do leather working to stay sane. Leather turns out pretty good from my hospital bed . I do all of it by hand , cutting is the hardest part.
