What Are These?

I got some of these in a box from an auction and was wanting to know what they are and what they are used for?
The holes are marked different sizes and have 2 set screws. I thought they might be some kind of Drill or End mill holder but the hex shank is what made me wonder.
They say APEX WJ 265 7/32 or whatever the hole size is stamped on them.

They look like drill holders to fit a power screwdriver (?)

Yep, drill holders. Do a search for Apex WJ265 and they pop up.

Those things aren't cheap either.
I guess I did pretty good with that box.
I got 6 of them from 7/32" to 1/2"
