Well Made 10" Chop Saw ?

Hi everyone,
I have a need for a good simple electric corded
chop saw.
Don't need sliding or bevel.
I have a 25 year old Delta, but the Delta made now is crap.
My budget is under 250.00
Any ideas much appreciated!

You can actually get a 12" DeWalt DWS715 for that price, but you probably want to keep your 10" blades.
