Used Tool Dealers in New England Area

I go to the Derry, N.H. store often and never leave empty handed, always get some small tools, but, consider this.
I recently inquired about selling some unneeded tools to them and found it very disturbing, to me anyway.
They offered $0.20 on the dollar as a buying price. So, one then wonders why, they are high priced. Just my experience only no flame or disrespect intended.

Anyone know of similar places in central New York, Binghamton, Syracuse, Utica-Rome, or even Albany? I will be traveling those areas this summer to see family and go to Grandaughters Graduation. Any good Flea Markets?

Speedre9,
WOW, that is a pretty high percentage for the store to take!
The place in Swansea takes 40% up to $100, less when it goes over $100.
