Unknown drill press

This was on the question of how to glue or clip belts. I used (used) clips from the old belts. This belt is
like 18 ft that took most of a day to straighten all the old clips, anyways it now works fine. Some have
requested a pic of this machine. I can not find any trace or numbers or mfg. It is very heavy very well
made, the table will drop right to the floor as well as an indexable quill. Interesting, quill return is a chain
that runs through the vertical housing with a common window weight. It appears to be of USA origin
of pre 1930s I mean this thing does not bend like this new stuff. All I need is a MT chuck, for all drills
that came are MT2, plus various MT end mills. I hope this photo will attach and someone had or has
any clue what is is. Sam and here goes.
