I didn't even know it had a quill fine feed until I bought a manual. Mine was missing the knob, found some from McMaster but wasn't quite the right sizes for what I needed: diameter, offset and hub being large enough to bore hole for shaft .625".
I have been working on one and it seems to work okay when trying to fine feed the quill. Looks like a good addition that we could have used on previous tasks.
Some good processes that I used for the first time: taper turning, fillets and rounds and a keyway. I think it has some interesting lines developed. Great fun.
