Turning thin tubing

A setup can be made utilizing two tools at one time. One tool for the OD and the other for the ID. The tools are aligned with one another and the gap is set to achieve the required wall thickness. Tubing close to the required size is used. The set up is somewhat tricky to make, but once set, a person can turn very thin wall tubing. If the tools are properly aligned with one another it will provide opposing tool pressure which supports the cut inside and outside as it is turned. It works. Good luck.
