Transfer Screws

Guys I am looking for a transfer screw set 1/4-7/16 set.I did google and found Heimanns KC93B which comes in a case.But no one has them,all out of stock in those sizes.Is there another good brand out there for the occasional user?Thanks kroll

Have you checked with C W Rod or Rex Supply in your area?

Rex shows a quality import on their website.

Personally, I would hold out for the real Heimann's if it was me. Also, did you check Amazon for them. I've seen there too. May have to buy individual sizes until you get them all. That's pretty much how I got all of mine.

E-Bay has them all the time. You can even get NOS, USA made.

Mcmaster's carries transfer screws as well. Sometimes they are Heimann and other times they are another USA manufacturer.

Thanks guys for the suggestions,I knew about CW but not Rex and never gave ebay a though.Heck I buy from McMaster never gave them a though either,I am off shopping thanks for the links and suggestion---kroll

For occasional use? Make them from cut off socket head cap screws?

McMaster no longer carries Heimann USA Transfer screws. Heimann TS are quickly becoming a scarce item.
I buy the sets I need as they come up., but I'm starting to buy more and more because the size you need may not show up for a loooong time.
Great little tools for the hobbyist.

That's cause unfortunately the Heimann Mfg Co has gone out of business.
