Tig question

I strongly prefer CK Worldwide products. Weldmonger.com is a rep, but I shop around.

CK Worldwide is good stuff!

I have a Primeweld 225 TIG, with a CK torch, and started out with the pedal - I've since switched to the button they included with the welder.
It's just more intuitive for me, and I'm getting better welds with it, so far.
Maybe, it's because I'm getting old, and don't have the coordination between my brain and foot, that I used to ..........
As far as gas hose - I got one of those leather covers for the hose and lead - I think that will make any hose last longer.

Anyone know of a real good heavy duty argon gas hose with a heavy duty casing.
For the tank-to-machine or machine-to-torch? I use CK's superflex hoses for torch leads, no complaints.

I run this leather cover on my air-cooled CK17, and this nylon cover on my water-cooled CK20. Both have been fine, but I'm not abusive with my equipment. I like the leather more but no particular reason why.

After using a TIG Button for over a year now, I can't imagine ever going back to a foot pedal again. I love it.
