My first post. Bought a small spray mister and gallon of misting fluid. No instructions on jug but says it is a concentrate. Made by Master Chemical, called "trim misting fluid". I'm trying to decide if I mix this with water. Can anybody tell me how to use this?

Get you a turkey baster and measure about 2 fluid ounces of concentrate to one gallon of water to start with. I've use up to 4 oz in a gallon of water for cutting once in a while.

don't ever spray anything you aren't willing to drink.

I used koolmist at the suggested ratio and got rust on my table under vice , now I use it at twice the suggested ratio with no rust

There are usually two mix ratios, one for the initial startup and another for topping up the mix. Because water evaporates out of the original mix over time the top up mix has more water to compensate. I would use 10% for the initial mix and 5% for the top up mix.
